NEW ORLEANS CONVENTION CENTER HOTEL
CRC, through its affiliate, owns an 11,910 ft2 (1,106 m2) commercial development parcel adjacent to the New Orleans Convention Center. The lot faces a new linear park currently under construction, is approved for a development of 10 stories and 100,000 ft2 (9,290 m2), and is currently used as a parking lot. CRC intends to develop the lot as a hotel with approximately 180 keys, or as a residential property.
OPPORTUNITY ZONE
The New Orleans Convention Center Hotel Development is located in an Opportunity Zone, and therefore can qualify for investments by Opportunity Zone Funds.
